Training Centre Manager / General Manager (Startup Leadership Role)

My client is looking for a highly experienced and driven Training Centre Manager / General Manager to lead the launch and operational management of a new Trade Training Centre in the East Rand.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a startup training facility and grow it into a fully operational, high-performing centre with full P&L responsibility.
The successful candidate will initially lead the setup and establishment phase of the centre and will then transition into full operational leadership as the facility scales.

Minimum requirements:

• Red Seal Trade Qualification (Machinist / Toolmaker or related technical trade)


• Minimum 10+ years post trade-test experience


• Proven progression into senior leadership roles (e.g. Senior Facilitator, Head of Department, Operations Manager)
