Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to manage and oversee the operations of our training centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant SETA, QCTO, and NAMB requirements, managing training staff and learners, and driving the development and delivery of quality training programmes and sales.

Key Experience Required

• Proven experience in running and managing a training centre
• Strong working knowledge of:
• SETA structures and reporting
• QCTO requirements
• NAMB functions
• Registrations and online reporting platforms
• Experience with:
• Enrolling learners on SAQA NLRD
