Training Consultant, Operations

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Manager, Policy, Program Development and Readiness, this position is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of SCIC’s Operation’s Division staff. The role ensures onboarding and ongoing functional skills development initiatives are effective, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals and values. The successful candidate will work onsite in one of the following office locations: Melville, Moose Jaw, Moosomin, North Battleford, Saskatoon, Swift Current, Tisdale, or Yorkton.
