We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to manage and enhance our Global Electronics Training System. This role combines training administration with creative video production , supporting the development of engaging learning content for technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for learning, and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule engineering training sessions (online, in-person, hybrid).
• Maintain training records, attendance, and certification tracking.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials.
• Edit and produce high-quality training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Synthesia
