A growing, family‑owned manufacturing business in Pickering is looking to appoint a Training Coordinator to take ownership of onboarding, training and early‑stage employee development across the site. Based in Pickering, the role offers Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm, with an early finish at 1:30pm on Fridays, and a salary of up to £40,000.

This is a key role focused on improving retention, consistency and the overall employee experience. You will have the opportunity to bring structure to training, enhance onboarding and make a visible impact from day one.

The Role

Working closely with managers and team leaders, you will take responsibility for how new starters are introduced, supported and developed across the business.
