**What you'll do**:Primary FunctionThis position is responsible for aligning business objectives.The position serves as a consultant to managers and supervisors on human resource-related issues.Acts as an employee champion and change agent seeking to develop integrated solutions for the business.This position also leads talent strategy for training, talent development and organization effectiveness.Essential Functions- Assist on the implementation of the Organization Culture design.
