 :What you’ll be doing:
Training military students in External Communication and Cryptographic Maintenance
Supporting personalised learning by working with L&D and training staff to tailor training to each trainee’s needs, while promoting modernised courses and cultural change.
Maintaining electrical equipment used for training
Sharing and applying best practices across establishments to enhance training quality.
Standardising training systems and processes across all Royal Navy Weapons Engineering training locations.
What we’re looking for:
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
Experience of maintenance of Royal Navy Communications systems.
Experience of maintenance of Cryptographic systems
Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of training.
HNC in electronics (minimum) or equivalent
