Training Delivery Specialist

The Training Delivery Specialist will act as a key instructor for the Training Organisation in the effective delivery of high quality training programs tailored to client and organisational needs. In this role, the incumbent is expected to possess an understanding of instructional design principles, TNA, adult learning methodologies and classroom facilitation techniques. The role requires flexibility and a learner focused approach to ensure training content is engaging, accessible and aligned with learning objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering in-person and virtual training sessions, course development, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and assisting in the evaluation and reporting of training effectiveness.
