Expected from - Indefinite / perpetual In this role, you are the driving force behind the personal and professional development of our teams: Strategic L&D Design: You design the annual training master plan. From onboarding and Service Excellence to resilience and digitalization. Leadership Partner for CREATE: Working closely with our HR Director, Alsia, you will anchor our leadership principles within our group of approximately 40 managers. You will facilitate Leader Circles and design workshops that actively shape our corporate culture. Quality & Impact: You don't settle for completed. You develop methods to measure the transfer of knowledge into daily operations (eNPS, Pulse Checks) and manage our L&D KPIs with foresight.
