Training Development Manger

Work Location: AMK (50%) & Changi (50%) 

Job Descriptions:

• This Role required to lead a small team of Instructional Designers and Content Developers to design and deliver engaging to the clients 
• Leads the team to help the clients define their staff's competency needs, design the corresponding learning and assessment methods 
• Design and develop the most appropriate and engaging adult learning contents to inspire and qualify clients' staff 
• Focus on designing learner centric pedagogies tailored to each client's training needs and frameworks 
• Involves developing and reviewing lesson plans and materials to support desired training outcomes, 
• Ensuring materials are digital and accessible via Client's Learning Management System
