Training & Education Coordinator

**Job Description:**



+ Coordinates logistics aspects of T&E within his/her country (finds ad book the venue, distributes audiovisual materials, finds the best suppliers for audiovisual material, catering, prepares communication material : invitations, flyers)

+ Designs flyers and brochures for Nobel Biocare education programs following Nobel Biocare branding template and requirements

+ Is the contact person for local speaker’s regarding functional aspects (audio visual requirements, hotel booking…)

+ Prepares and oversees logistic aspects at regional events and congresses

+ Collect course evaluation and keeps track of sales team reporting and delivers reporting and delivers reporting to the respective T&E Manager.

+ Keeps track of speaker evaluation

+ Follow up and reports the outcomes of Nobel Biocare courses

+ Job is based in Mechelen near the station.
