Training Engineer

**We are looking for the talent of an Engineering graduate who wants to develop in the area of training in a company recognized worldwide.
**
**The main activities to be performed are the following**:
- Detection of training needs.
- Data analysis.
- Implementation and/or coordination of training and development programs, as well as external and internal training.
- Responsible for compliance with the STPS in terms of training and education.
- Administration of career plan, succession plan and job descriptions.
- Follow-up of internal promotion plan.
- Responsible for updating training matrix.
**Experience and requirements**
- Industrial Engineering or related careers.
- Minimum 1 year experience in maquiladora (internships are acceptable).
- Conversational English (Indispensable).
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Training experience (desirable).
