Training Executive

• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across departments within GBR Group.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs (in‑house or with external providers) to support upskilling and career development.
• Create engaging training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules in line with company values and business goals.
