Position: Training Executive

Reporting to: Division Manager – System Training

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am to 6pm

Job Brief

We are looking for a talented Training Executive to be part of a team to organize trainings and maintain effective communication with our partners and customers.

The ideal candidate is someone who is a good communicator and passionate about people development and trainings. He/she must be proactive in reaching out to the market to cultivate interest in our business and events, and develop ways and solutions to enhance the capabilities of our distributors and their continuous growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver online and offline training smoothly, efficiently, on time and within budget
