Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
To lead and responsible for training, certification and cross training across the shift / area. To obtain knowledge and skill that will assist in delivering and enhancing the skill of others. Ensure and conform to good working conduct & attitude. Report to work as per schedule. Practice positive attitude & flexibility. Zero absenteeism and punctual. Able to provide feedback for continuous improvement. Ability to temporarily change assigned shift as business needs may require. Responsible for individual and team development. Assisting team members in solving problems and improving performance. Representing the Team in general. Provide inputs to Training Personal regarding individual team performance. Develop team to solve own day-to-day issues. Conducts formal training programs (e:g process flow training, 5S & Lean ). Maintain and Update respective On Job Training Manual & TCS.
