The role:
The purpose of the role is to provide an effective and efficient technical training service to the clients / employees.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Schedule, facilitate and conduct theoretical, practical and simulator training
Schedule and arrange competency assessments
Follow up on PTO's in preparation for the 180-day license renewals
Complete required documentation for licensing and obtain signatures
Conduct induction (contractors, annual, visitors and on-the-job)
Facilitate Computer Based Assessment (CBA's)
Conduct safety induction courses and site-specific safety training
