Training Instructor

**We are looking for a talented**Training Instructor!
**:Work site: Col. Nueva, Mexicali, B.C.- Schedule: 7-4 pm, Monday to Friday.As a **Trainer** at Redial BPO, your primary goal is to equip new hires and existing staff with the necessary knowledge and skills for peak job performance.You'll design and deliver engaging training sessions, foster an inclusive learning environment, and adapt materials to meet evolving campaign requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**- Deliver training and refresher courses in line with established programs.
- Supervise and coach operational staff during their training period, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Design and implement valid theoretical and practical exams to evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Modify and adapt teaching materials based on updates to client policies and procedures.
**Qualifications & Requirements****Must-Haves**:- High school completed.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (B2+ English level).
