TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (RAWS)

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Technical Training Instructor performing all technical training instructor classroom-related activities, supporting course curriculum development, modification, and/or supplemental Technical Training courses utilizing approved curriculum in support of the Radar, Airfield and Weather Systems (RAWS) courses. Responsibilities Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic levels in the RAWS courses. Acts as the SME for RAWS course materials to help ensure they meet career field training requirements. Plans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive and effective training program Maintains professional and technical proficiency and accomplishes special projects related to specialty area, to include staff surveillance visits to various training activities.
