The opportunity


Responsible for implementing, delivering and monitoring Education Plans in the regional network of doors / counters, for BA and /or BC populations, to achieve sales targets. Ensure retail excellence and enhance house values.


To develop High Performance Teams creating and delivering tools needed.

Train & coach BA / Temporary staff and Leaders to master & embody PUIG Retail culture.

  • History, DNA, Brand Values

  • Product universes and ranges knowledge

  • Olfactive culture

  • Service know how

  • Specificities and characteristics of PUIG consumer experience 

  • Transmit Ethical code and Puig Values

    • Train & coach BA/BC/BR / Temporary staff and BA Leaders to act as an Ambassador of group and Brands, making live our consumer a unique and very different experience
