Training Lead

(Describe the overall duties and responsibilities of the job)

Responsible for plant training planning and execution, development programs, BTO administration, and hourly recruitment.

• Ensure annual training plan be effective and be on target (Training Hours and Financial Budget)
• Ensure training needs detection be on time and accurate.
• Ensure an effective Orientation Program for new hires.
• Support audits (Labor Ministry in matter of Training, IATF, ISO 14001)
• Ensure BTO green level in the plant
• Interns and potentials development program administration
• Administration of the Training Annual Budget
• Ensure transparent and effective hourly recruitment processes without a high rate of turnover.
