Job Description
The Training Management Specialist identifies clients' training needs and manages the resolution of training gaps from inception to execution. The role entails identifying training needs and corresponding solutions, ensuring clients receive mandatory grants, accessing additional funding such as discretionary grants for training initiatives such as learnerships and other accredited programs.
