Training Manager

Perfil: Industrial engineer or Administration.
Main functions:
1. User training, teaching and following up on training: Security, defensive, managment, delivery app and TMS.
2. Plan, organize and deliver learning programs in a timely manner.
3. Support and experience for the design and developmentof new and existing programs when necesary.
4. Ensure that all training is evaluated effectively and efficiently using the appropiate documentation/systems.
5. Creation of sites, forms,videos and infographics for internal content.
6. Monitoring and design of training campaigns.
7. Document progress, training results and identify areas of opportunity.
8. Preparation and exhibition of presentations.
9. Provide continous improvement of the current service.
Knowledge in:
1. Experience in training of 3 years as minimum.
2. Knowlegde and managment of TMS.
3. Advanced English
