Job Description

                    Client based in Cape Town is seeking a Training Manager to join their dynamic team.

Minimum requirements: 

Matric

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Programme Manager

Assessor and Moderator Qualification with the Services SETA

End-to-End programme delivery - full life cycle

Facilitator leadership - lead, coach and develop fascilitators

Facilitator eveluations

Learner engagement, monitoring and assesments

Tracking delivery performance

Quality Assurance - meet SETA/QCTO requirments

Oversea moderation readiness
