Position: Training Manager – Service Desk
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Setup: On-site
Work Shift: Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment
Salary Package: PHP 88,000 – 98,000
Base Pay: PHP 80,000 – 90,000

Role Overview
The Training Manager (Service Desk) is responsible for leading end-to-end training operations for Service Desk (SD) accounts. This role ensures effective onboarding, continuous learning, and performance-driven training programs aligned with global standards and client expectations. The role involves close collaboration with clients, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end New Hire Training (NHT) for Service Desk accounts.
Design, implement, and enhance training programs aligned with global training standards.
