Qualifications for Tax / Finance Trainer
•US tax experience (required)
•Greenbelt Six Sigma certification (must-have)
•At least 1 year of relevant training management experience
•Strong planning, monitoring, and evaluation skills
Qualifications for Telco
• Strong trainer experience (1–2 years)
• Bachelor degree
• Knowledge of telco processes and training delivery
• Ability to design, conduct, and evaluate training sessions.
