• Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new franchisees, covering all aspects of Freshslice operations, including customer service, product preparation, health and safety standards, and business management.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations to ensure they are current and effective.
• Conduct hands‑on training sessions, workshops, and simulations to enhance learning and retention.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to franchisees during their initial training period.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a corporate trainer, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry would be an asset.
