Training Officer

Your new day-to-day:  

• Deliver engaging on-the-job, refresher and classroom-based training across site teams.  
• Facilitate first-day site inductions and onboarding for new starters.  
• Develop, update and issue Safe Work Instructions and training materials.  
• Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with Production, QA, Safety and PC.  
• Coordinate and maintain training plans, calendars and schedules.  
• Administer the LMS, update training records and monitor expiry dates.  
• Prepare for customer, regulatory and internal audits in the training space.  
• Complete competency assessments and sign off training against role requirements.  
• Maintain accurate training matrices and personnel training files.  
• Support leaders to identify team members for upskilling and development.  
• Track and report on training activities, hours and completion status.
