Training Officer

We’re seeking a Training Officer to support the delivery of compliant, high‑quality training across our meat processing and feedlot operations at Inverell and Myola. Working closely with operational leaders, you’ll plan, deliver, and assess training that supports safety, quality, and workforce capability, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively in a fast‑paced production environment.

• Plan, deliver, and assess training programs across meat processing and feedlot operations
• Coordinate and deliver site inductions, ensuring new employees transition into the business safely and professionally
• Conduct on‑the‑job and off‑the‑job competency assessments in line with VET and industry requirements
