About the role

The Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Officer to join our dynamic team in Bulacan. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in creating, designing and delivering training programs that will develop the leadership/functional competencies of employees within the organization and other employee development programs that will promote a performance-oriented and high-integrity culture.

What you'll be doing

• You will work with Line Managers in conducting thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps within the organization.
• You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that is aligned with the company's objectives.
