Training Officer – Oromia, Ethiopia

About the role:

As a Training Officer – Biomass, you will support the delivery of impactful training programs that empower our Biomass Sales Agents and Field Teams to perform with excellence. You will facilitate engaging sessions, coordinate training activities, and ensure knowledge transfer that drives sales performance, customer satisfaction, and environmental impact awareness across our Biomass markets.



Duties and Responsibilities:



+ Training Delivery & Facilitation



+ Deliver structured training sessions for new and existing sales personnel, using adult learning principles to maximise retention and practical application.



+ Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs for Team Leaders (TLs), Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to build internal training capacity.
