We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Training Officer to join our HR team. responsible for assessing training needs, developing effective programs, and promoting continuous learning within the organization.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in Training & Development.

Preferably with experience in the Retail Industry.

Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and online training tools.

Strong facilitation, instructional design, and training evaluation skills.
