Training Officer

Job description:

• Train and orient trainees and employees such as cashier, pump attendant, reliever, and station supervisor about product knowledge, code of conduct, cashiering, and the operation of the gas station.
• Develop and implement onboarding training programs
• Create training materials, manuals, modules, and evaluation tools tailored to operational needs.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Conduct refresher courses and performance coaching for existing staff.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• At least 5 years of experience in training, preferably in retail, fuel service, or frontline operations.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of station operations and customer service best practices is an advantage.
