Qualifications & experience
Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Psychology or Human Resource Management is preferred)
At least 4-years of relevant experience in training.
Knowledge on learning and development process, tools and techniques
Tasks & responsibilities
Executes training & development initiatives by conducting training needs analysis (TNA), facilitating training sessions, as needed, conducting training evaluation and creating training & development reports, as required.
