Job Description

.
Mission: To create, to plan, to implement and to evaluate Training courses in line with Company Training strategy and values.

Main responsibilities: 
To build up scientific documentary source and create teaching tools in an innovative way.

To conduct and follow up Training activities in house and in field, about environments, products and skills in order to help MRs give the most efficient call.

To ensure Training follow-up through dual calls and visits on the field.

To closely collaborate with Marketing, Patient & Medical Affairs and Field Force to understand theirs need and to strongly support for Campaigns building and implementing, internally and externally.

To contribute to Training team development.
