What The Role Is
CNB Training Unit identifies the competencies required for all jobs in CNB and the relevant learning needs of all the staff. The unit also implements training plans, programs and processes to ensure that these learning needs are met.
What You Will Be Working On

• Support and coordinate all necessary communication and logistics for all in-house courses and training sessions, e.g. liaise with external trainers or vendors for the conduct of training sessions for officers.
• Coordinate and monitor course enrolment and scheduling, costs, contract utilisation and results.
• Assist in the development of training materials e.g. PowerPoint slides, learning handouts, short instructional videos, etc. This includes development of E-learning programme, including in-service training materials.
• Convert training materials to a Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and upload the relevant materials to...
