Are you passionate about developing women leaders and driving meaningful impact through learning and development? We're looking for a Training Program Manager who will champion women's leadership initiatives and build a strong pipeline of future-ready female leaders across the organization.

What You'll Do

As our Training Program Manager, you will design and lead high-impact leadership programs tailored for women in leadership roles. You'll manage the full program lifecycle—from concept and curriculum design to implementation and performance measurement—while collaborating with HR, business leaders, DEI teams, and external partners.

You'll create dynamic hybrid learning experiences (in-person and virtual), integrate modern platforms like LinkedIn Learning and AI-enabled tools, and introduce innovative formats such as hackathons, simulations, and mentorship forums.
