Role Overview

A professional services organisation is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Training & Programme Coordinator to manage the end-to-end coordination and administration of online and face-to-face training programmes. The role ensures seamless programme delivery, excellent client service, and accurate operational execution within a hybrid working environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Programme Planning & Coordination

  • Set up and maintain training programmes on internal systems, ensuring accuracy of dates, pricing, content, and access links
  • Coordinate logistics for online and in-person programmes (venues, catering, AV/IT, access links, registers, materials, dry-runs)
  • Prepare, quality-check and distribute programme materials, certificates, registers, and communications
