Job Role:

• Act as a client-facing Training & Quality Specialist, leading process and quality calibrations to ensure alignment with client standards and expectations.
• Receive training from clients and internal stakeholders, and effectively transfer process knowledge and skills to trainees as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Develop and maintain training curricula, process manuals, and detailed process maps aligned with trainee and business needs.
• Create and manage QA audit forms and performance reports to measure accuracy, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide operational coverage when needed and collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to support performance and compliance
