TRAINING SENIOR MANAGER

Job Summary

To manage the training and quality functions for specific projects, including initial training and continuing education and other training requirements determined by the client, or the production floor.

Job Responsibilities

· Interact with the client to evaluate and determine project training needs and delivery methods

· Initiate and manage projects to address problem areas and/or design new, more efficient training and operational process solutions.

· Schedule training sessions and assign trainers to those sessions.

· Evaluate and respond to training evaluations.

· Create and manage to departmental budget.

· Develop a department of well-trained, competent professionals who continuously improve quality, training, themselves, and internal processes.
