Job Description

                    Performs data processing of complex Learning Management System (LMS) transactions according to Work Instructions 
Trains, certifies and coaches team members to perform LMS data processing 
Investigates LMS data errors, prepares related summary report for the client, and updates Work Instructions, as appropriate 
Pulls Learning Management System reports, manipulates data, and prepares summary for client review 
Trains and coaches all team members in accordance with Work Instructions and coordinates project assignments 
Investigates and responds to client issues, such as audit discrepancies 
Monitors to determine that client standard operating procedures and processes are maintained
