• Performs data processing of complex Learning Management System (LMS) transactions according to Work Instructions
• Trains, certifies and coaches team members to perform LMS data processing
• Investigates LMS data errors, prepares related summary report for the client, and updates Work Instructions, as appropriate
• Pulls Learning Management System reports, manipulates data, and prepares summary for client review
