Purpose
The Training Specialist is responsible for supporting the management of resources and the administration of training in alignment with the Global Wholesale Operations (GWO) strategy, and the bank's existing policies.

Accountabilities

• Act as a spokesperson for a customer-focused culture, aiming to strengthen client relationships and leverage the Bank's overall relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Lead specific, general, and mandatory training sessions within Global Wholesale Operations.
• Review training materials, organize training activities when required, and ensure their proper execution.
