**SUMMARY**Conduct training programs to strengthen new and existing employees' technical and/or interpersonal skill development.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training provided.May be involved in plan and design of existing course enhancements.Must be knowledgeable of manufacturing concepts, practices, procedures and IPC standards.
