Training Specialist III

Location: Chicago, IL (2-3 days/week onsite) Duration: 6+ Months with opportunity with possible extension Interview Process: Request design examples ahead of round 1 (portfolio/website/etc.)Two rounds of virtual interviews: 1st - 45 minutes; 2nd - 30 minutes. Please note that most of the candidates have not been able to demonstrate the ability to drive the ADDIE process throughout an instructional design project end-to-end.
