You’ll deliver world-class training, provide onboard coaching, and support our YVR base, all while ensuring safety and service excellence remain top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging IFS training sessions that meet all regulatory standards and requirements.

Coordinate Rouge Crew training programs, including Initial, First Aid, Annual Recurrent, Service, and other specialized sessions.

Act as the primary liaison between Air Canada Rouge and external training providers.
