Overview

Looking for a Training Specialist to join our Sales Effectiveness & Advisor Experience team on a contract basis, covering a maternity leave. On our team you will report to the Director, Sales Training & Support and contribute to all phases of the training cycle. Developing and delivering awesome training & resources for our sales team across the country. We contribute to the Bank’s success by providing the sales teams the tools and resources they need to be successful in their role from the time they onboard, through their tenure. This includes training on everything from products to process to sales skills and everything in between.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining training documentation, including regular audits of our content to make sure things stay fresh and up to date.
• Daily training administration includes responding to inquiries through our training inbox, managing our LMS platforms, scheduling, etc.
