Position Title: Training Specialist
Department: Training and Development
Reports To: Training and Development Officer

Purpose of the Role:

The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering, coordinating, and evaluating training programs that develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies of Dunkin' employees. This role ensures all team members, including Service Crew, Shift Leaders, and Supervisors, are trained according to Dunkin' operational standards, brand values, and customer service excellence requirements.

• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
