Training Specialist

As a Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs for new and existing employees in a fast-paced business process outsourcing (BPO) environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong understanding of BPO operations, and a passion for developing talent.
Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and online modules.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor trainee performance during and after training, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Evaluation & Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
