Training Specialist

Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Specialist / Officer will be responsible for providing training support and assisting in designing and developing training modules.

• To conduct training needs analysis with the scope of operational and technical.
• To design and develop learning materials based on the TNA
• Arranging pre requisite and the implementation of a training function.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the learning program
