Training Specialist

Join our team As a Training Specialist, you'll support and coach trainees, assist trainers, and ensure training programs run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering training programs across classroom, on-the-job, and virtual settings.
• Support trainers and guide trainees to ensure proper understanding of procedures, standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain training materials, attendance records, and evaluation reports.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to the lead trainer.
• Coordinate training logistics, including schedules, venues, and materials, to ensure smooth program execution.
